Cookouts with the Family

Cookouts with the Family, can be an experience. I have always found it amazing that some people claim that they cannot Cook, until it’s time to have a Cookout, and they all of a sudden, become experts and want to take charge of the Grilling.

There is nothing like Cooking great quality Nutrient Dense Beef to taste. A Cookout wouldn’t be complete without Cooking Hamburgers, Hot dogs, and Chicken. Also, Corn on the Cobb is good cooked on the grill. The choice of Beverages are important, along with Side Dishes. The choice of Desserts and Snacks are an important consideration.

If the weather cooperates and it is a beautiful sunny day, cooking outdoors can be very enjoyable. I remember those times when it rained and we had to rush to get the food taken inside before it got soggy.

Family Cookouts are normally held on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor day, and Family Reunions. During the Summer months some people prefer to cookout all the time. I know of some people that Cookout all year long, even in the Winter.

I remember when the Family Dog always enjoyed Cookouts because, they either ate the Food dropped on the ground, or grabbed some Food when they thought no one was looking. We love our Furry Friends because they are part of the family.

However, Life is Short so we should try and get together with Family as often as possible. Having a Family Cookout is a great way to Gather. Everyone loves Good Food.
